A journey of reconnection
Lulu Stories began on Lamu Island (Kenya) in 2016, in a simple way, through encounters with local artisans and a deep appreciation for their craft. What started as a small effort to support their work slowly became something more: a way of sharing the beauty, traditions and way of life we fell in love with.

Beautifully hand loomed plaid, using the finest Tanzanian cotton and weaving techniques. In a small workshop in Tanzania, extremely talented women create only a limited number of each design and colour. These handwoven plaids are perfect on the sofa, as bedcover, table cloth or picknick blanket.
