Shipping Methods
Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship to addresses in Belgium, the rest of Europe and the US. If you would like to have our goods delivered to other countries please contact us.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate.
Delivery Time
Packages will be shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Within Belgium (once the order is shipped) the goods will be delivered the next day. European Deliveries take between 2-5 days after shipment.
Free Shipping?
Unfortunately we can not offer standard free shipping on all orders. We actually believe that there is no such thing as free shipment, someone always pays for those costs. All our goods are fairly made and all the people we work with are fairly paid. We do not like the idea of raising the cost of an item to be able to offer "free shipping".
Photo Art
We don't keep stock of the items under Photo Art, they are made on demand. Photo art is send by courier service and the cost depends on where you live and how much the package weights. Once the order is placed, we'll inform you about delivery times and shipping costs. Items will be send when the delivery costs are payed.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Lulu purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we’ll make things right.
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
Include a copy of the confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
Send an email to griet@lulu-stories.com to inform us about you return.
Mail your return to:
